About

Hello and welcome. Hope these monthly/quarterly posts can provide some motivation on your own journey to F.I.R.E. (Financial Independence / Retire Early)

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and experience in the equity markets, the plan is to reach financial independence by mid-30s. This will allow more time to travel, pursue new things, and try and help make the world a better place.

Monthly expenses have been kept extremely low to allow a higher savings rate and to help fast-track the investing part. Enabling more time for compounding interest and growth to take over.

Everyone is on their own timeline, it’s important not to measure ones success by another person’s metrics. Set attainable investing goals, find a stress-free asset allocation, and stick to your plan.

Other interests outside personal finance include hiking, golf, tennis, photography and spending time with friends and family.

Cheers-
