Hello and welcome to the blog. Hope these monthly/quarterly posts can provide some motivation on your own journey to F.I.R.E.
Location: United States
Age: Early 30s
Day Job: Engineer
Planning to reach financial independence by mid 30s using the 4% rule to have more time to pursue interests and to try and help make the world a better place.
Monthly expenses have been kept extremely low to allow a higher savings rate to fast track the investing part. This allows more time for compounding interest to take over.
Everyone is on their own timeline, don’t measure ones success by another person’s metric. Set realistic goals, find a stress-free investing risk tolerance, and stick to your plan.
Cheers-
